private bookings:
Minimum requirement
We require a minimum of 4 participants for any private bookings. Although it is possible to book us with less than 4 participants, the minimum charge will still apply.
Non-refundable deposit
For any private bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 4 participants may be required. This amount will be deducted from the total of the course, once the course will be completed, and certifications given.
The balance for private bookings needs to be paid in full within 30 days of the completion of the course. Any delay in payment may result in a 50$/week late fee.
delayed start
The booked course will not begin unless at least 60% of the group is present. If the instructor may not begin a course due to participant lateness, a surcharge of 10% will be applicable if the course must be delayed more than 30 minutes. A lateness of 1 hour or more will constitute a rescheduling of the course at a fee of 200$ (+taxes).
open sessions:
Cancellation policy
A payment by credit card or e-transfer (info@cprmontreal.ca) is required upon registration. We will honor a refund (with a 5% fee) if you cancel with more than 24 hours before the beginning of the course. Should an unfortunate emergency prevent you from attending our session, we may reschedule your course for a later session at one occurence, or offer you a 50% refund.
late attendance
The participant commits to beginning the course at the registered time of the event. We reserve the right to deny entry to the participant if they are more than 20 minutes late. The participant can reschedule their session to a later date, at no additional cost.
